Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Reel Craft Pass account and personal data at any time.

In the app: Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

By email: Email info@reelcraftpass.com from the address associated with your account and request deletion. We respond to verifiable requests as required by applicable law.

What gets deleted: Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, redemption history, saved preferences, and notification settings.

What we may retain: We may keep limited records where required by law (e.g., transaction or tax records) for the legally required period, after which they are deleted.
